Cancellation and Refund Disclaimer
Cancellation:
Rentals must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund, minus booking fee, cc processing fees, and any applicable cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start time of the reservation will be 100% liable for the full amount of the reservation. Weather related cancellations will be made solely by management and/or representative of the company; company made weather cancellations will receive a refund of unused time, minus the full booking fee.
Cancellations may be subject to a processing fee up to 10% of the reservation total, and/or withholding period. Booking/ Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.
Please note that as of March 14th, 2020 covid-19 is no longer considered an extenuating circumstance and now falls under our general cancellation policy.

What if the weather is bad?
We will go out Rain or Shine. Lightning in the immediate area and severe weather will constitute a stoppage or postponement. All weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of ATX Wake Adventures. Cancellations made based on weather "forecasts" will not warrant a refund, unless the cancellation is made by the company. We will only make weather cancellations the day of the reservation. Please be mindful of the time of year when booking your charter. During the off-season, weather conditions can be unpredictable, with colder temperatures and occasional windy days. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and checking forecasts before your booking and boat trip.
*Please note that we are here to make the best out of your boat day, and if you need to change your plans or cancel give us a call ASAP at (512) 656-0808. We will always try to make arrangements that will be the best solution for You and Us!
Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the reservation, or "No-show" reservations, will not be refunded.

**We prioritize clear communication regarding our services. Please note that we operate exclusively on Lake Travis, as clearly indicated on our website and booking page.
Due to the repeated confusion regarding our service area, we want to emphasize that there will be no refunds for bookings made incorrectly for Lake Austin. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand our location details before finalizing their reservation.
Our standard 14-day cancellation policy applies to all bookings; however, if a booking is made for Lake Austin, it will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Payment Policy:
ALL charters must be paid in full before the start of your reservation. ANY gratuities that are added to your card will be paid in full before departing the boat.
